Send invitations and welcome e-mails
If you want to send invitations or welcome e-mails to your backers, click the tool button in the top right corner and choose the project you want to manage from the list on the left. Then, click "Users" on the upper list and choose "Users" from the dropdown menu.
Choose the users you want to send the message to by ticking the box next to their name. You can also use filters to find a specific group of users.
You can search users by their name, email, or order status. If you need to find a specific group of users, you can use other filters:
Group - in this option you have a list of user groups you created for backers. You can also choose "any" and "none".
Last notified and Range - here you can choose the time frame when backers received an invitation or welcome email from you;
Order date and Range - in this option you can choose the time frame when the pledge was placed;
Credits left - if you're looking for backers that still have unspent credits, use this filter.
You can also send an e-mail to all users by ticking the box next to "Full name" but you must disable all filters first.
To send e-mails to selected users, click one of the buttons on the right of "Manage users" depending on what you want to send:
