How to remove bonus amount?

If you added a tip for a creator in crowdfunding, this amount will appear as a bonus amount in your pledge once the pledge manager opens.

You can access this amount in your pledge, remove it, and use it to pay for another item.

To do that, go to your pledge, click the three-dot button, and select edit or manage your pledge. Then, click the red x button next to the bonus amount:

You can use this amount to pay for new items, but the final amount cannot be lower than you already paid in crowdfunding.

We've made improvements to the "Bonus Amount" feature in Pledge Managers, for both imported orders and native crowdfunding pledges. With this update, you will now receive reminders about this payment during checkout and be given the option to either apply it towards editing your order with extra items, or shipping (tax must be paid separately) or leave it as a tip.
