How can I change my billing address?

Your billing address is the information we use to define the tax value you need to pay for your pledge. That's why you can't change it by yourself, as it may lead to tax settlement issues.

If you need to change your billing address (because you, for example, moved to another country or state), you have to contact the creator directly through the contact form.

If the new address has different tax rates, the change in price will be refunded or has to be covered by you.

The billing location (country/state etc) must be the same as the shipping location because the tax amount also has to be the same for both addresses. It's okay to change the shipping address to a different one within the same tax area, but if you move to another country or state, we need to make a tax update for your pledge.
