Find and Download Digital Content
Download digital files included in your pledge from the Digital content section on Your Pledge. When the creator grants access, you receive an email listing the available items and linking to your pledge. The email does not include file attachments.

Download your files
To download content that the creator has made available:
- Open the campaign connected with your purchase.
- Go to Your Pledge.
- Find the Digital content section.
- Select Download file next to an available item.
Note: If you pledged as a guest, you can place a pledge as a guest, but you must log in to download digital files. The delivery email links to your pledge, not directly to the files.
When digital content becomes available
You receive access after the creator uploads the relevant files and grants access to your fully paid order.
- Crowdfunding: For a standard crowdfunding campaign, the campaign must end successfully before the creator can grant access. Content may arrive later.
- Express Crowdfunding: The creator can grant access while the campaign is active, once your order is fully paid and the relevant file is uploaded and assigned to your product or option combination.
- Installments: Your order must be fully paid before you can receive access.
- Physical products: Digital content can arrive before physical products in the same order.
If an item shows Access pending, the creator has not yet granted access. Check project updates and the delivery timeline for delivery information.
Updated or unavailable files
The creator can update or remove files after delivery:
- Updated file: Download the latest version using the same link on Your Pledge. You do not receive another delivery email when the creator replaces a file.
- Removed file: The download action becomes unavailable. Contact the creator for help.
- File added again after removal: If the creator saves the removal and later uploads a file again, you receive another delivery email when the creator grants access again.
Order changes and refunds
Once you receive access to a Digital content product, you cannot remove it from your order yourself. The creator can issue a full or partial refund.
If the creator removes a set from your order as part of a partial refund, you also lose access to any digital content included in that set on Your Pledge. This applies even if you downloaded the files earlier.
