Editing pledges

As a creator, you can edit a pledge (order) of a backer. Click "Orders" and "Order list" to see the full order list and find the one you want to edit using filters. Click the order ID to see the details and then "edit order" in the top right corner to make changes.

NOTE: Remember to click "save" when you're done with your edits. You'll see a window with a summary of the changes, and then you need to confirm them.

If a backer made changes to the order but hasn't submitted them (e.g., has new, unpaid items in the cart), you'll see proper info when editing the order. You can decide if you want to take the changes into consideration when editing the order or not. You can also view the edited order before you make any changes. It is useful when you want the backer to make changes to the order that you will only accept later.

Any changes you make will be processed by our system - the order status and amount will be updated accordingly. The backer will also be notified about any significant changes via email.
