Product Availability by Location


At the top of the page, there is a bar informing about the delivery country. Information about the delivery country is displayed based on the settings of the backer's browser.


You can set product availability for specific locations in "Reward (Product) Settings" -> "Availability".


There are three options to choose from:

  • unlimited
  • not available in (blacklist - product will be available for all locations except the ones marked on the list)
  • available only in (whitelist - product will be available only for locations marked on the list)

Note: If the product is already in a backer's cart and he changes the location in a top bar to another country where there is a different set of available rewards, he will not be able to add these products to the cart. A message will pop-up informing that the product is not available for the delivery destination of the existing pledge.
