Preferable documents

Depending on the country, acceptable documents may be various. Here’s short overview of most preferable or most acceptable documents, depending on country.

Below information refer to Business campaign/account type:

United States:

·       CP 575 letter. It’s a notice from Internal Revenue Service confirming that business entity granted EIN (Employee Identification Number)

·       Filled W-9 form with visible EIN

·       Certificate of Existence

·       Certificate of Good Standing

·       Filing report from state business registry

United Kingdom:

·       Certificate of incorporation

·       Confirmation statement (preferable, the newer the better)

Australia:

·       Current company details extract from ABN Lookup (https://abr.business.gov.au)

Canada:

·       Extract from state business registry (e.g. https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-business-registry for Ontario state)

Europe:

·       Depending on country, but overall it’s possible to download or order company extract with right date of issuance. Full list of European business registries can be foundhere: https://e-justice.europa.eu/106/EN/business_registers_in_eu_countries.

Alternatively documents from tax chamber are also acceptable.
